These requirements allow me to work safely, hygienically, and with full presence for your care.

For any in-home appointment, please provide:

A clean, quiet area with enough space for a massage table or chair
Access to a standard electrical outlet (for lighting, fan or equipment if needed)
Comfortable room temperature
Pets secured in another room during the session
A calm, respectful environment free from interruptions

You do not need to prepare products, towels, or equipment — everything is provided for.

WHat Does Each At-Home Service Require?

For sound healing and frequency work, please ensure:

• A quiet environment with minimal background noise

• Phones silenced or placed away

• Comfortable clothing

• Willingness to bring your comfort items to lie down or sit comfortably for the duration of the session

Sound healing works best when the nervous system feels safe and uninterrupted.

For sugar hair removal sessions, please ensure:

• Adequate lighting in the treatment area

• A private space where you feel comfortable, and fits a massage table

• No lotions, oils, or deodorant applied to the area beforehand

• Hair growth of at least 2–3 weeks (about the length of a grain of rice)

• Clean skin prior to the appointment

For in-home life coaching sessions, please ensure:

• A quiet, seated space where conversation can remain private

• Minimal distractions (TVs off, phones silenced)

• Openness to reflection, conversation, and gentle guidance

Life coaching sessions are conversational and reflective, and privacy allows the work to unfold naturally.
