About House of Admirabilis

Our Story

House of Admirabilis was created for seasons of rebuilding—when life no longer fits the old framework and clarity matters more than quick answers. This work grew from years of study, lived experience, and the understanding that transformation doesn’t come from force, but from orientation.

At its core, Admirabilis exists to help people reconnect with meaning, rhythm, and design—so they can move forward with intention, faith, and self-trust.

Our Philosophy

This work is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about understanding who you already are—clearly—and learning to move with that understanding.

We believe clarity creates freedom. When you understand your patterns, rhythms, and design, decision-making becomes less forced and life begins to organize itself around what actually fits.

A guided, integrative study of self doesn’t change who you are.
It changes how you appear in your own life.

Our Admirabilis Approach

Life Coaching at House of Admirabilis integrates professionally trained life coaching practices with an integrative, observational study of self.

Sessions are grounded in established coaching methodologies—such as active listening, structured inquiry, values clarification, goal alignment, and accountability—designed to support clarity, informed decision-making, and sustainable personal growth.

Alongside these foundational skills, this work draws from reflective frameworks that help contextualize identity, behavior, and life patterns.

These tools are used educationally and developmentally—not diagnostically or predictively—and serve as language for patterns you may already be experiencing.

Depending on the individual, reflective frameworks may include:

• Personality frameworks (such as MBTI or attachment patterns)
• Chakra awareness as emotional regulation language
• Aura hygiene as boundary awareness and discernment
• Planetary rhythms as timing and life-cycle orientation
• Hormonal cycles as body literacy and internal rhythm awareness
• Life path numbers and name meanings as symbolic reflection
• Prayer and affirmations for grounding and integration

These systems are not used to define identity, but to deepen understanding.

For clients seeking deeper synthesis, this process may culminate in the creation of a Sacred Self Record—a professionally structured, personalized document that integrates:

• Personality tendencies and communication style
• Emotional regulation patterns and stress responses
• Nervous system tendencies and regulation tools
• Hormonal and energy rhythms
• Relational patterns and boundary dynamics
• Core strengths and distortions under stress

The Sacred Self Record becomes a permanent reference for continued growth and may be revisited during future sessions as seasons evolve.

This work does not replace therapy or medical care. It is designed to complement other forms of support by helping individuals understand themselves more clearly—so the changes you come to make are rooted in awareness and understanding

Frequently Asked Questions

This work focuses on self-understanding, orientation, and rebuilding. Sessions explore personal patterns, strengths, and cycles using reflective dialogue and established frameworks to support clarity and intentional decision-making.

No. These sessions are educational and reflective in nature. They are not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment, but can complement other forms of support by helping you better understand yourself.

No. Sessions are grounded in observation of self growth tools and systems, reflection, and personal meaning. Faith is welcomed and respected, but never required or imposed.

Depending on the session, we may reference systems such as life path numbers, personality frameworks, cyclical rhythms, and reflective practices. These tools are used as reference points—to better understand patterns and tendencies.

No. The goal is not direction or prescription, but understanding. Insight creates better choices naturally. You remain the authority over your own life.

Many people seek this work during transitions—burnout, career shifts, relationship changes, loss, or seasons of uncertainty. It’s especially helpful when you feel ready to rebuild, but want clarity before action.

A Sacred Self Session is a one-on-one guided conversation.
A Sacred Self Record is a personalized written reference that brings together your personal frameworks into one cohesive document we can work with over time. This is the information you were born with, and will always be yours.

This work isn’t about quick outcomes. Many people experience immediate clarity, followed by gradual integration as insights are reflected on and applied over time.

No. Frameworks are used for observation and understanding, not prediction. The focus is awareness, not destiny.

Yes. Many clients combine sessions with sound healing to support nervous system regulation while navigating personal change.

If you’re seeking understanding rather than response, orientation rather than pressure, and reflection rather than fixing—this work may be a good fit.
